WARRANTY:
LE-JO FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT:
Two (2) years from original installation date not to exceed 30 months from manufactured date. Blades and Pusher Heads are warranted to be free from defect in material at the time of delivery only, or not to exceed three months from manufactured date.
DINE-AGLOW SAFETY TABLE LIGHTING:
Lamp fuel is guaranteed to burn the advertised burn times. Lamps and globes are warranted to be free from manufacturer defect at time of shipping. If damage occurs during transit, refuse the shipment. If shipment is accepted, and no claims are filed within 48 hours of delivery, the delivery is assumed acceptable, and no credit will be issued. After the first 48 hours, the claim will have to be filed with the freight carrier.
DINE-A-HEAT CHAFING FUEL:
Dine-A-Heat is guaranteed to burn and perform according to the published sales and marketing material. Damaged freight should be refused at the time of delivery, and sent back with the same carrier marked "Free and Astray".
RETURNS:
Returns will not be accepted unless prior approved by the corporate offices of Le-Jo Enterprises, Inc, and a Return Authorization number is issued. Call 1-800-LAMP-LTD to obtain a return authorization number. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from return. Shipping and handling charges will vary regionally.
FREIGHT DAMAGES:
In the unlikely event of damaged freight at the time of delivery, refuse the order. Refused orders should be reported upon delivery.
