LAMP PLACEMENT PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO FOODSERVICE ACCOUNTS ONLY

We know each foodservice operation is unique in design and menu. Therefore we offer several different cost-effective purchasing options to take advantage of the long-term, positive effects of table lighting.

To take advantage of this exclusive program, select the lamp(s) you want and add the desired quantity to your shopping cart. The lamp's standard price will be shown initially in your cart; however the accurate price will be reflected at final checkout. From the shopping cart, you will need to select the specific program you would like for each lamp purchased. You will then be prompted to approve your Lamp Placement & ReFUEL Agreement. Once the agreement is accepted, your lamp pricing will be adjusted accordingly, before final checkout.* It's that easy!

PURCHASING OPTIONS

• Three-and-Free (3 & FREE): We will provide any lamp as seen on our web site or catalog at no charge for a 3 year fuel commitment.

  The following terms and conditions will apply for FREE lamps:

  1. Each FREE lamp must burn a minimum of 35 hours per week;
  2. Three year ReFUEL™ Auto Delivery Program commitment or delivery through an authorized Le-Jo/Dine-Aglow Fuel Distributor;
  3. Maintain the original number of Three-and-Free (3 & FREE) lamps supplied.

• Six-and-One (6 & 1): We will provide any lamp as seen on our web site or catalog for a one time placement fee of $6.00 per lamp for a 1 year fuel commitment.

  The following terms and conditions will apply for 6 & 1 lamps:

  1. Each 6 & 1 lamp must burn a minimum of 35 hours per week;
  2. One year ReFUEL™ Auto Delivery Program commitment or delivery through an authorized Le-Jo/Dine-Aglow Fuel Distributor;
  3. Maintain the original number of Six-and-One (6 & 1) lamps supplied.

• Standard Purchase: Purchase as many lamps as seen on our web site or catalog at standard pricing. The ReFUEL™ Auto Delivery Program commitment or delivery through an authorized Le-Jo/Dine-Aglow Fuel Distributor is optional.
