We test our cartridges as well as our competitor's cartridges regularly and in detail. We conduct these regular burn tests to ensure our product performs to the high quality standards you deserve. Burn times and variances we quote are calculated on the average of any 12 cartridges. We test our cartridges under the same testing procedures and conditions.
TRUE BURN TIME
Through extensive testing of our competitor's cartridges, we know some competitors fail to meet the same quality standards we expect of ourselves. They know your schedule is most demanding and will not conduct burn tests. Some competitor's cartridges burn 20% less than they advertised and charge.
We recommend burn testing two cartridges. For your convenience, print the BURN TIME COMPARISON SHEET and follow the recommended instructions. Complete the burn test and fax us back the results. If wanted we will send you samples of the corresponding Dine-Aglow Cartridges. Convert to Dine-Aglow and receive one month's FREE fuel.
If for some reason any Dine-Aglow lamp fuel cartridge does not burn the advertised burn time we will replace the case at no charge. For a replacement case we will need a completed Burn Time Comparison Sheet with the spent test cartridges and 3 unburned and unopened cartridges from same case and finally the case manufactured date code on side of the box.
